Your company was the only company of the six that we received bids from that took the time to consider the many difficult design and configuration problems caused by the way our previous units had been installed. You figured out how to solve the physical layout of these problems, and at a cost that was economical for us.

We appreciated that you finished the job within the time that you had quoted us …. It was also important to us that you worked carefully in our home so as not to damage our furnishings, and that there was no mess for us to clean up when you finished.

We have had a chance to use the new heat pumps over the last few months, and we have been extremely satisfied with their performance. We are very very glad that we listened to what you had to say…. In the future, we look forward to having you service our equipment…
