Your company was the only company of the six that we received bids from that took the time to consider the many difficult design and configuration problems caused by the way our previous units had been installed. You figured out how to solve the physical layout of these problems, and at a cost that was economical for us.
We appreciated that you finished the job within the time that you had quoted us …. It was also important to us that you worked carefully in our home so as not to damage our furnishings, and that there was no mess for us to clean up when you finished.

When my heater broke down a week before Christmas guests were supposed to arrive, I knew I had to act fast… I decided on Answer AC after a friend told me they could be trusted to do a good job.
I found their technician to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Answer AC was able to get my heater running like it was brand new again just in time for my guests to arrive, and Christmas went great…

I have used Answer Air exclusively since 2004 and am on their annual contract. They have kept my now 15 year dual systems in great shape and still running fine. They come when promised, will be there at nights or weekends and I have always had a great customer experience. I recommend them highly.

I have been a customer of Answer (Brian Cameron) since inception. I am always pleased with his professionalism and through work which he does. I have bought houses which others had installed the systems. When I call Brian, he comes and checks it out and always improves the wiring or settings to make my units more efficient and to give better performance. His inspection and repairs are not just the units, but goes further and measures duct work efficiency, freon line insulation and even checks the level and flow of the condensate line, not to mention the freon, electrical motors etc….For replacement units, he offers several options for warranty, manufacturers, size of units and the efficiency. He
is and very accommodating to when to install such units…I could or would never think of anyone else to recommend but Answer ( Brian Cameron).
